Classes
We are proud to offer a variety of classes to our clients! All classes are available virtually. Equipment classes require access to Pilates Equipment. You are welcome to challenge yourself with “Reformer On The Mat” if you don’t have equipment. Click the link below to see our Class Schedule.
Equipment Classes
The Reformer is the most popular piece of equipment. Your class will include work on any combination of Reformer, Mat, Tower, Chair, and Spine Corrector Barrels. Classes listed as “Beginner” are for those new to the studio.
Return To Life Mat Class
Mat Pilates as Joseph Pilates intended, Saturday mornings at 10:30 am.
Weights Class
We apply the same “Fascial concepts” from our Pilates classes to weight lifting! Using weights and body weight, we'll explore the idea of distributing the load through the whole body. Get better results with lighter weight distributed through all of your muscles. You'll be able to use heavier weight with less effort. Distribution requires all of your muscles to share in the effort, making movement seemingly "effortless".
Private Sessions & Semi-Private Sessions
Private Sessions
A Private Pilates that is all about YOU! We'll apply Spatial Medicine concepts to teach you to move with fascia awareness. Your session will include any combination of Pilates equipment to help you progress or to recover and restore strength, flexibility and mobility. We will address what your body needs in the moment. Can’t come to the studio? Virtual Private Sessions are available.
Semi-Private Sessions
A Pilates Session for 2 or 3 people who want to work out together. Semi-privates are closed to their specific group. Virtual options are available.
Myofascia Release
A hands-on technique to release tension in the fascia, restoring movement and function. A great warm-up to open and center the body before movement or a way to “undo” the demands of the day. Available in :15 and :30 minute sessions, and can be included in your Private Pilates Session.
