Fundamentals of Mat Pilates
Fundamentals of Mat Pilates is a 6- week progressive class series. We're starting from the beginning! If you are new to Pilates, or have found the Mat work difficult, this is a great place to start.
- Learn to release tension to "allow" movement.
- Turn back the clock! Move like a kid again!
- Learn how "space" in the body leads to pain free movement.
