Great Recipe for Super “Big Game” Sunday

Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps

8oz  Grilled Chicken shredded or Tuna

4oz  Plain Greek Yogurt

1/3 Apple

1 Cucumber

4 Walnuts

1/2 Cup Shredded Carrots

Pepper to taste

Wrap in Romaine Lettuce

Mix first seven ingredients in a bowl.  Serve on Romaine Lettuce or with rice crackers or wheat thins for dipping.
